Erectile dysfunction 'linked to risk of early death'

                     
Men who suffer from erectile dysfunction (ED) are 70 per cent more likely to die early, a new study has found. 
US scientists believe that the disorder may be linked to poor cardiovascular health, and suggested that men with ED should be screened for health issues that could cut their lives short.

Two in court for allegedly gang-raping a 21-year-old lady

Two men, who allegedly gang-raped a 21-year-old lady on Thursday appeared before an Ikeja Magistrates’ Court. The accused are a trader, Adeniyi Gidado, 25, who lives at 5, Osanyinpeju St., Agege, Lagos and Simeon Nwaugo, 25, also a trader, who lives at 9, Akeem Boye St., Iju-Ishaga, near Lagos.

52-yr-old man arrested for kidnapping, raping 14-yr-old boy

Hassan Muhammad, a 52-year-old man based in Maje village on the outskirt of Suleja, Niger State, has been arrested by the State Police Command for allegedly abducting a 14-year-old boy and sodomising him for two months before he was rescued, Daily Trust reports.
The Sokoto State born Muhammad, a trader and father of seven, was first arrested by members of the Suleja Emirate Vigilante operating in the area before he handed over to the Suleja Police Area Command, where he was currently being held.

Senate probes N2.4bn NDDC project in Delta State

The Senate yesterday set machinery in motion to investigate the alleged failed N2.4billion project, which was said to have been awarded by Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) in Delta State in 2009.
Following a petition to this effect which the upper legislative chamber received, it yesterday directed its committee on Ethics, Privileges and Public Petitions, to investigate the project, which is a 2.3km Agbarho township road project in Delta State.

For context, iTunes is available in 119 countries; the only places Adele's album isn't a chart-topper on the service include Kyrgyzstan, Niger, Anguilla, and Burkina-Faso.

Saudi Arabia plans to execute more than 50 people convicted of terrorism, two Saudi newspapers reported this week, in what appears to be a warning to would-be jihadists at a time of militant attacks on the kingdom.
Fifty-five people were awaiting execution for "terrorist crimes" that killed more than 100 civilians and 71 security personnel, the newspaper Okaz reported on Thursday, without specifying when the executions would occur.

China's first womb transplant: Mother donates uterus to her daughter

History was made in China on November 20, as the county's first womb transplant was carried out successfully on a 22-year-old woman with a uterus donated by her mother. According to a statement by the Xijing Hospital which is affiliated to the Fourth Military Medical University, the transplanted organ had been accepted by the recipient and she was recovering well after the successful surgery.

A group associated with Anonymous has hacked into an Isis supporting website, replacing it with a message to calm down alongside an advert for an online pharmacy.
Isis sites have been moving onto the dark web in an attempt not to be discovered. But a hacking group called Ghost Sec, which is related to Anonymous, took the site down and replaced it with a message telling readers that there was “Too Much ISIS”.
