Nevertheless, they were spotted paying a visit to Botched plastic surgeon Paul Nassif during a trip to San Diego.
The sisters were spotted sitting around the table with their mother Kris Jenner and having a good natter with the TV doctor in front of a camera crew.
The group are all E! reality stars - with Dr Nassif starring alongside Terry Dubrow in the cosmetic surgery show Botched - so they surely have plenty to talk about.
Kim and Khloe both wore matching plunging tops showing off their enviable cleavage.
Pregnant Kim, 34, showed off her huge bump in the black ensemble and added strappy heels.
Khloe adopted a more casual approach, teaming her sexy top with a pair of skintight blue jeans and a pair of stiletto heels.
Meanwhile Kris, 59, looked glamorous in a black jumper dress, leggings and a white coat draped over her shoulders.
Numerous rumours have circulated about the stars having plastic surgery over the years - the most notable rumour being that Kim's famous bum is fake.
The brunette beauty was so tired of people speculating about her behind that she decided to have an X-ray on KUWTK to prove she hadn't boosted her cheeks.
In the episode she said: "Today I am gong to have a butt X-ray to prove to the world it's real.
"This is a really crazy request but my sisters have dared me to get an ass x-ray because of all the rumours it's not real.
"If I were to have a fake ass, wouldn't it be dimple free?"
Meanwhile Kris also opened up to the cameras, saying she'd had: "Botox, fillers, lasers, things like that. I had a boob job in the '80s after four kids because gravity took over."
Later in the day the Keeping Up With the Kardashians stars were spotted heading to a glitzy birthday bash.
